It can also be used throughout the day to increase your protein intake. There are 16 servings in each pouch; taking two servings per day each bag will last over a week. We also have the single serving sachet of 30g that can be conveniently taken with you so you can mix your Max Whey protein shake anywhere, at any time.

For one serving, mix three level scoops (30g) with 200-250ml of water in a Maximuscle shaker. Do not exceed three servings per day. Some may prefer to mix Max Whey with milk, but please bear in mind that this will slow protein digestion, not to mention the added calories. Whey protein is filtered from the cheese making process and is readily digestible protein. Protein contributes to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass.

Our Max Whey range contains a premium high-quality whey protein Concentrate (up to 88%) and whey protein Isolate (10%).
